NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE

Privacy Policy | NiaziPlay Interactive

How information submitted to NiaziPlay Interactive is collected and handled.

Effective date: July 18, 2026

This policy explains how NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE handles information across this website and NiaziPlay Penalty Challenge.

Information submitted to us

Contact, support, and deletion forms collect the information a user chooses to provide so that NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE can identify and respond to the request. Server security logs may contain IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps, and requested pages. This information is used for support, security, abuse prevention, and applicable legal obligations, and is retained only as reasonably necessary.

Local game data

NiaziPlay Penalty Challenge uses browser localStorage, when available, to save scores, XP, achievements, best results, challenge and tournament progress, preferences, sound state, accessibility options, and other game settings. This local game data remains on the user’s device and is not transmitted to NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE or another party unless a feature explicitly states that information will be sent and the user chooses to use that feature.

If localStorage is unavailable or blocked, the game uses temporary in-memory storage where supported. In that situation progress may be lost when the page or WebView closes.

Offline and PWA cache

The game may register a service worker and store self-hosted game code, styles, images, interface assets, and an offline fallback page in the browser cache. This allows faster loading and limited offline use after a successful online visit. The offline cache is not intended to contain a personal profile or submitted support information.

Cookies and analytics

A necessary session cookie protects website forms and administration access. Analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled by default in the game described here.

Deleting local data

Users can remove game progress from Settings → Reset Local Progress. They can also clear site data, localStorage, cookies, and cached files through browser or WebView settings, or remove the installed PWA. Clearing only the offline cache may remove downloaded assets without removing localStorage progress; clearing all site data removes both.

To request deletion of information previously submitted through a website form, use the Data Deletion Request. Privacy questions may be sent through Contact or [email protected].
