These terms govern use of the NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE website and NiaziPlay Penalty Challenge.

Ownership

NiaziPlay Penalty Challenge, its source code, gameplay systems, graphics, interface, locally generated sounds, written content, game title, NiaziPlay branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to NIAZIPLAY INTERACTIVE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Limited personal-use licence

Users may access and play the game for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial entertainment use. No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

Prohibited use

Without prior written permission, users must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, frame, extract, or commercially exploit the game, its code, graphics, sounds, branding, or other materials. Users must not bypass security controls, interfere with service operation, submit malicious code, or use the website unlawfully.

No football affiliation

NiaziPlay Penalty Challenge is an original fictional football game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any real football player, club, national team, league, federation, tournament, broadcaster, or stadium. No official kits, badges, league identities, or player likeness rights are claimed.

Scores and availability

Local scores, XP, achievements, and progress have no cash value and do not create property or payment rights. Features and information may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Commercial software work requires a separate written agreement.
